To the entire staff, This is the best place, by far, I've found in Syracuse for auto repair. I went in because my hinge was misaligned and I was unable to open my driver side door. You had it fixed in a very short time and the work was impeccable. When I got back, my car was sparkling clean- something that most repair shops don't take the time to do. However, the best part of this experience was that a few months prior, my car was involved in a hit and run accident in a parking lot and I had deep scratches and scrapes near my tire and front of the car. When I picked up my car, you had touched up the paint and it really looked like new. You didn't have to do that, but because I mentioned the situation in our consultation, you all just took it upon yourselves to go above and beyond. The bill was way less than I expected and your work comes with a 100% guarantee- which is amazing. Thank you for being a great staff and for taking care of a young lady from out of state who doesn't really know anything about car repair. Its nice to know that there are still honest, good-hearted people in this industry.

Where do I begin?
If you have been involved in an accident your Insurance Company may suggest a specific body shop for an estimate or repairs. In NYS you have the right to choose the body shop of your liking. At Dick's Collision, we work for you to ensure the highest quality repair at the best price.
Do I need an appointment ?
No an appointment is not necessary. We do estimates Monday- Friday between 8am-5pm. If you can not come to us, we will come to you
How much is an estimate and how long does it take ?
Our estimates are free and only take about 15-20 minutes
Do I need to get more then one estimate?
No, by NYS law you only need to provide your insurance company with one estimate
How do I arrange for a rental car?
We will take care of everything for you!!!
