When I brought our car for repair after our recent accident, you estimated the cost at $3,500.  My reaction was that the car would never be the same.  You assured me that it would and that one would never be able to tell it had been in an accident.  At the time I found it hard to believe.

When you completed the work on the car, however, it was better than new!  There had been a continuing problem with the front end.  It was corrected.  The dealer we bought the car from had not been able to correct this.  You were right--the car looks great and handles well.

Thank you for arranging for a rental car at very reasonable rates while you had the car.  Thanks also for replacing the additional part not included in the estimate which cost you $34.00 at no cost to us.

This letter is long overdue.  On April 5, I brought my Plymouth Acclaim in for body work on the two passenger side doors.  I had been in an accident due to icy road conditions the night before.

You turned a very stressful situation into a bearable one.  Your expertise in estimating the amount of damage as well as the concern for keeping the labor costs and replacement costs at a minimal was greatly appreciated.  On top of all that, arranging for the rental car for the week that mine was in the shop was also of great relief.

The work was superior and the final cost, I must tell you, was almost $2000 less than my other lowest estimate (mostly because you were able to repair rather than replace).

Hey guys!!

I am writing this as soon as I can...work keeps me busy.

After my march 27th accident, I almost made the mistake of taking my car to another autobody shop.  I'm so glad I didn't.  You guys went to exceedingly great measure to get my car back into shape...& then some!!!

Not only did you repair the tore up front panel, my headlight, the buckle that my passenger side made when opened,...but you also pushed the insurance company to repair that dent over my rear left tire.

Things that were not accident related?  No problem...You guys did that, too.  When I had the brand new Sentra rental parked downtown, someone parallel parked onto the bumper.  You guys buffed, polished...etc. @ no charge--saved me from paying the $100.00!!!!  Lastly, my car's horn died.  You replaced it w/ a used one you had lying around.

The best part about Dick's is, when I had a problem, I dropped by, and you took care of me on the spot.  It was never a hassle.  For what started out to be a big stress factor in my life--the stupid accident--you made it that much easier. (And I'm sure my sister would agree, from when you fixed her Grand Am in October)
